"Without a hesitation I give 5 stars all around for the host and their place. Zen Oasis is exactly what is described and perfect size for my husband, me and our 2 adult kids. The place was clean and properly supplied. We felt immediately at home upon arrival. The location was excellent. 5 minutes' walk from Okubo station and 10 minutes from Shin-Okubo which was very convenient. Thank you for making our visit to your beautiful country so special. "I can't say enough how amazing both this location and host are. It's a total hidden gem, just far enough out of the Kabukicho/Shinjuku craziness to enjoy peace and quiet on tree-lined streets and corner Cafes, but close enough for a less-than-five minute walk to the nearest station. The building itself has a rooftop deck with one of the best views in *literally* all of Tokyo, from Mt. Fuji to the Tokyo Skytree - just unbelievable. Thanks to the host for your incredible hospitality and excellent communication. We'll be back!"

"This place is everything we could have possibly hoped for in Japan. I would give it 10⭐ but of course Airbnb only allows 5⭐. Let me just say this - I am an Airbnb Superhost hosting top 10% spaces in the US and I have extremely high standards. The host was so nice, fast to respond, and thoughtful from beginning to end! Loved the residence. Super clean and quiet given it was a few blocks away from the Shinjuku noise yet still so close to the action and metro station to launch you anywhere you need to go. My family and I loved this experience more than words can say."
